Sus cuatro pilares principales se centran en la contrataci\u00f3n p\u00fablica local eficiente, los insumos agr\u00edcolas, los equipos y las pr\u00e1cticas, la financiaci\u00f3n de los productores y el fortalecimiento de la gobernanza del sistema alimentario local. Est\u00e1 dirigido a aproximadamente 1 385 701 personas, entre las que se incluyen 1 079 050 productores y 306 651 beneficiarios del sistema de protecci\u00f3n social. El programa pone en pr\u00e1ctica la Ley de Soberan\u00eda Alimentaria y Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional de Cuba de
