Social Allowance Programme

Description

The Social Allowance Programme is designed to provide monthly unconditional cash transfers to elderly individuals, persons with severe disabilities, and children under the age of three. It builds on existing systems managed by the Ministry of Social Development and aims to expand coverage in Gaza, where humanitarian needs are acute. The initiative will also include investments in digital payment infrastructure, data verification, and monitoring systems to improve efficiency and accountability.
