Ele tem como alvo aproximadamente 1.385.701 pessoas, incluindo 1.079.050 produtores e 306.651 benefici\u00e1rios do sistema de prote\u00e7\u00e3o social. O programa d\u00e1 implementa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Lei de Soberania Alimentar e Seguran\u00e7a Alimentar e Nutricional de Cuba de
